Terms and conditions
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Tayseer Al Manasik website and app, whether you are a pilgrim, an Umrah agency or a representative. Please read them carefully: using the platform means you accept them.
In short
- The platform is a technical intermediary connecting pilgrims with verified Umrah agencies; the agency delivers the service.
- A hamlah's price, what it includes and its cancellation policy are shown before you confirm.
- You pay the agency directly, in cash or by bank transfer. The platform collects no money.
- We check agencies' and representatives' documents and suspend any account that breaks these terms.
1.Definitions
- Platform: the Tayseer Al Manasik website and app and all their services.
- Pilgrim: anyone who books an Umrah hamlah on the platform for themselves or companions.
- Agency: the licensed Umrah company that publishes and runs hamlahs.
- Representative: whoever provides hotel rooms in Makkah and Madinah to agencies.
- Hamlah: a published Umrah trip with its dates, hotels, transport and prices.
2.Acceptance and eligibility
By using the platform or creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy. You must be at least 18, give accurate information and have an active Saudi mobile number.
3.Your account and its security
- We verify your mobile number with a code sent on WhatsApp when you sign up or change your password or number.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account.
- Tell us at once if you suspect your account is being used without your permission.
4.The platform's role
The platform is a technical intermediary that shows agencies' hamlahs and makes booking, communication and trip management easier. The trip contract is between the pilgrim and the agency, and the agency alone is responsible for delivering the advertised accommodation, transport and itinerary.
5.Hamlahs and prices
Agencies publish their hamlah details and prices and are responsible for their accuracy. The price covers only the services listed on the hamlah page; anything not listed is not included.
6.Booking and payment
- Bookings depend on seat and room availability and are confirmed once the agency approves them.
- An agency may ask for a deposit to hold a booking; the amount is shown before you confirm.
- You pay the agency directly: in cash at departure, or by bank transfer to the agency's account with the receipt uploaded.
- The platform collects no money and stores no bank card details.
7.Cancellation and refunds
Each agency sets the cancellation and refund policy for its hamlahs, shown to you before you confirm. Refunds are settled between the pilgrim and the agency, and the platform helps them communicate when needed.
8.Agencies' and representatives' obligations
- Provide a valid commercial registration and licences, and renew them when they expire.
- Publish accurate information about hamlahs, hotels, rooms and prices.
- Honour confirmed bookings and treat pilgrims in line with the applicable regulations.
- The platform may review and reject documents, and suspend any account that breaks these obligations.
9.Prohibited use
- Fake bookings, or impersonating another person or organization.
- Uploading forged or false documents or receipts.
- Attempting to break into the platform, scrape its data or disrupt its services.
- Using pilgrims' data for anything other than running their trip.
10.Intellectual property
All rights in the platform, its design, brand and content belong to Tayseer Al Manasik. Agencies keep the rights to the photos and content they publish, and grant the platform the right to display them for the service.
11.Limitation of liability
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. The platform is not liable for an agency or representative failing to deliver a service, or for circumstances beyond its control such as official decisions or weather.
12.Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update the terms when needed and will tell you about material changes on the platform; continuing to use it means you accept the update.
