Search for a hamlah from your city on the home page or browse the hamlahs page, open a hamlah, choose your room, seats and payment method, then confirm. You will need to sign in with your mobile number to finish booking.

What payment methods are available?

Each agency sets the payment methods for its hamlahs: cash when you board the bus, bank transfer with the receipt attached when you book, or both. The accepted methods are shown on the hamlah page.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel from your account while the booking is pending or confirmed. Any refund of money already paid is arranged directly with the agency under its own policy.

Does the hamlah include hotel and transport?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every hamlah includes bus transport from the departure city and a hotel stay in Makkah, Madinah or both, in the room you choose. The hotel, nights and price per room are shown on the hamlah page.

Can I filter hamlahs by departure point?

Yes. On the hamlahs page you can filter by region and city or by your current location, as well as by departure month, destination, stay length and budget.

How do I create a new account?

Choose Sign in, then Create account. Enter your Saudi mobile number and the verification code sent to it, then set a password.
